This racy title just happens to describe what you do.  Line up and pass an index card down the line as fast as you can using only your mouth.  You need to suck in wind to keep the card on your lips in order to pass it (by blowing out) to the next person in line.  The game can get quite risky, because if one person drops the card at just the right point, the two come very close to locking lips.  This first team to pass the card all the way down their line and back wins the game.

Preparation is everything for this game.  At least one hour before play, cut yarn into long segments at least 10 feet per team member.  Tie one end of the yarn to the end of one spoon.  Do this for each team.  Put the spoons (with the yarn attached) in the FREEZER to chill for at least one hour - the colder the better. You may want to dip the spoons in some water first to add a little ice build-up.  Hand the spoon to the team member and instruct them to put the spoon down their shirt, through pant legs (or skirts) and out by their feet.  The fact that the spoons are really cold will be apparent very quickly.  The first person should also be instructed to hold the end of the yarn while the rest of the team repeats the threading process.  First team to thread it all the way wins.

Get some ALKA-SELTZER and some carbonated clear drink... such as Sprite, Sierra Mist, Ginger Ale, 7UP (clear drinks prevent staining!).  Tell each of your participants to place a single ALKA-SELTZER underneath their tongue.  Don't worry... they won't be able to taste or swallow it with it under their tongue.  Now give them each a cup of the carbonated drink.  Fill it with about three or four ounces and they must drink it all.  The OBJECT is to see who can hold it in their mouth the longest, but trust me, it will EXPLODE and SPEW out of their mouths!  I wouldn't advise swallowing it... it won't hurt them, but yuck!  The one who holds it in the longest is the winner.  Not recommended as an indoor activity!

Take T-shirts, wet them down, fold them up and freeze them until they’re frozen solid like a T-shirt Popsicle. Ask for the three toughest people in the group. I get three people, have them do poses, and then tell them that the first one to put their T-shirt on wins.  Drop the shirts on the floor (they make a loud thud) and then put some music on while they’re stomping on the shirts, trying to melt them. The only rule is they can’t pee on them to melt them!  It takes them a couple minutes, but they finally get them over their heads and their arms through them.

Teams of 3 men and 3 women each. Line them up alternating guy, girl, guy girl, guy, girl. Have guys take their shirts out of their pants and loosen them. Give the first guy on each team an uninflated balloon. Have them blow them up but not tie them off--just squeeze it. Tell them to blow it up as big as they possibly can. With help of the first woman, pass the balloon down his shirt. Then hand it to the next woman and to take up the next guy’s shirt. Balloon must still be inflated when it gets out of the last guy’s shirt--if not, it must go back to the start of the line to be re-inflated.
