Pulse Entertainment offers Wedding Packages that are Simple, Elegant and Affordable!

With so many entertainment options out there I know it is difficult to make a decision on which one will be the best fit for YOUR Wedding.  Do you even hire a DJ, or do you hire a band or other entertainment option?  A recent survey conducted by Modern Bride Magazine revealed that only 5% of the average wedding budget is spent on entertainment and yet when people who attended weddings were asked what was remembered most, almost 40% said entertainment.  Another survey states that close to 80% of people that attend weddings would prefer a Disc Jockey to a band.  The reasons were for the most part because bands have very limited play-lists and have limited flexibility in the ability to perform from a variety of genres.

When planning a wedding, or any event, one of the most important elements is the entertainment.  A Disc Jockey can be one of the best ways to entertain your guests.  The right DJ can really make your event come alive!  DJs can provide entertainment that will keep your guests from leaving early and get them up and moving, dancing, mingling, and having fun.

Your event can be customized with music ranging from romantic ballads to big band and swing to high-energy dance music and everything in between!  But more than just music, the DJ is an emcee that will entertain and can keep the evening running smoothly with formal announcements and introductions.

Wedding packages are available for weddings of any size or formality.  Packages are simple to understand and do not have dozens of confusing options for you to choose from.  They all include travel, set-up, break-down and our very popular on-line planning services.  Also included are your customized announcements, activities and music requests.  Don't let low rates published on other sites fool you!  Many times they only cover a few hours and do not include many of the "extra" costs.

Steps to The Perfect Wedding

With state-of-the-art sound equipment and dazzling lighting effects, a professional DJ can truly be the life of the party. The Disc Jockey can not only provide the entertainment but also make sure your event goes without a Hitch to make your event one that will be remembered for years to come.

And how is this accomplished?  Planning!

We will work together to plan the day you have always dreamed of.  Whether formal or informal, indoors or outdoors, by land or by sea, we will plan every detail of your wedding from introductions and music play-lists to announcements and activities.  Each wedding is a unique event and we will work together to assure that there will be no "surprises" the day of your wedding.

The planning process is typically broken into several steps outlined below.  Again, each wedding is a unique event, so in some cases we may take different approaches, but these are the most common steps in the planning process:

Initial Consultation:  This is where we first meet to find out about what it is that you are looking for.  I'll ask you to describe the overall vision of your perfect event and then discuss with you how we will be able to achieve that vision.  After the initial consultation (does not need to be that day), we will sign the initial contract (if not done so already) and begin to review the on-line planning forms.  On-line wedding planning forms are available as part of all wedding packages.  An initial consultation can certainly be used to help you make your decision on whether to use my services or not.  No strings attached!

Final Review: Approximately 1 week before your wedding we will meet (or discuss over the phone) to go over the final details of your wedding.  This is the point where we will review the on-line planning forms and make final decisions on the contents of the various activities, announcement and music request forms.  We will also review your guest request list so YOU can make the final decisions on the music that will be played at the reception.  Any final questions that you may have can be answered at this point.

Music Research:  Lets not forget we need to make sure I have all your favorites on hand and if not I need to go and get them!  Music selections will be part of the planning process.   I will be sure to have located any requests that you have specified on the wedding planning form and will keep in touch with you regarding any problems that I may run into.  In rare cases we may ask you for a copy if we are unable to obtain a selection.

Set-Up/Breakdown: I typically arrive 2 hours prior to your wedding to make sure the setup phase goes smoothly and is not rushed.  I take a maximum of an hour to break-down.

Performance: Let's not forget the main reason we are here.  I'm here to perform for your perfect event and make all this planning pay off!
